Maintenance of a TechnoAlpin TT10 in the ski resort Corno del Renon
Today I was able to accompany an employee of the Corno del Renon ski resort during the maintenance of the innovative snow gun on a tiltable tower, the TT10 from TechnoAlpin.
The main focus of these photo shoots was the lowering of this particular snow gun via the tilting column in a position, thus allowing al maintenance tasks at ground level. Thanks to the portable lifting cylinder, which is operated by a battery-powered hydraulic pump, the service technician can bring easily the TT10 fan gun into a maintenance-friendly position by simply tilting it. This allows easy and safe maintenance of the turbine and nozzle ring at ground level.
